Refund Policy – Aston & Reed

Right to Refund and Exchange

According to Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the obligation to provide a reason.

Additionally, to provide higher security and confidence, Aston & Reed offers an extended period of 30 calendar days for exchanges or returns, ensuring your complete satisfaction with our heritage quality.


Eligibility Conditions for Refund

A product is eligible for a refund if all the following conditions are met:

  • It is returned within 14 days of receipt (for statutory withdrawal) or within 30 days for exchange/return according to our extended policy;

  • The item remains in pristine condition, unused and undamaged;

  • It is in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and instructions;

  • It is accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Items not eligible for refund:

  • Customized or bespoke products;

  • Gift cards;

  • Final sale items or specific promotional offers;

  • Products not returned in their original, sellable condition.


Refund Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our concierge service at: support@astonreed.com, providing:

  1. The order number;

  2. The reason for the return;

  3. Photographic evidence of the product (if applicable).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide formal return instructions. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.


Processing Times

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned shipment at our facility:

  • The refund will be processed within 45 calendar days;

  • The credit will be applied to the customer’s original payment method;

  • A formal confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is finalized.


Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of the following cases:

  • Shipping error on our part;

  • Confirmed manufacturing defects.


Defective Product Cases

If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence. In these instances, a full refund or a complimentary replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
