Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a formal shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a dedicated link to monitor your package in real time.

Delivery Address & Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Aston & Reed is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you identify an error in your details, please contact our concierge immediately at support@astonreed.com. We will attempt to rectify the information if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Logistics & Delivery Issues
For any localized delivery inquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number for the most immediate updates.

Lost or Severely Delayed Packages
In the rare event that a package exceeds 30 business days in transit without delivery, please contact us. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier and provide appropriate solutions, including reshipment or a full refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on the destination country, local customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Unclaimed & Incorrect Address Policy

Unclaimed Pickups: If an order is delivered to a pickup point and not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, it may be treated as abandoned. A new shipping fee will be required for any reshipment.

Incomplete Information: If a package is undeliverable due to customer error in the shipping form, the order is deemed fulfilled. Reshipment will incur additional shipping charges.
Post-Shipment Responsibility
Once an item has been dispatched, the carrier assumes responsibility for the physical logistics. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment’s progress via the tracking portal provided.
