General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Aston & Reed
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) set out the rights and obligations between Aston & Reed (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) and the customer (“Customer”) for the sale of products via https://www.astonreed.com (the “Site”), in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable European Union consumer law.
Article 2 – Acceptance of the Conditions
Placing an order on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC. The Customer confirms having read, understood, and accepted them in their entirety before finalizing any purchase.
Article 3 – Products & Innovation
Our products are described and presented with the highest level of accuracy. However, due to the nature of high-quality textiles and digital displays, minor variations (e.g., color/finish or manufacturing tolerances) may occur. Images are illustrative and intended to represent the aesthetic of the brand. Orders may ship from our international fulfillment centers (EU and/or Asia) to ensure global availability and efficiency.
Article 4 – Orders
An order is considered validated only after full payment confirmation. Aston & Reed reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of: (a) prior dispute with the Customer, (b) suspected fraudulent activity, (c) abnormal order behavior, or (d) stock unavailability.
Article 5 – Pricing
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Aston & Reed reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applied will be the one in effect at the moment of the order confirmation.
Article 6 – Secure Payment
Payment is due upon order and processed via encrypted and secure providers (e.g., Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal). All payment data is handled directly by these providers under the highest international security standards (PCI DSS).
Article 7 – Global Delivery
We provide international shipping to all supported regions at checkout.

Processing time: Up to 24 business hours.

Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days (excluding customs clearance procedures). A tracking number will be issued following dispatch. For inquiries regarding delays, please contact support@astonreed.com.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing within the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without requirement of justification. To exercise this right, please notify us via support@astonreed.com. Products must be returned in pristine, unused condition, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
Extended Store Guarantee: Beyond the statutory right, Aston & Reed offers a total of 30 calendar days for exchanges or returns to ensure your complete satisfaction with our collections.
Article 9 – Legal Guarantees
Customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable EU laws. If a product is non-conforming, the Customer may request a replacement, repair, or refund within a reasonable timeframe.
Article 10 – Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in strict accordance with the GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding your rights.

Article 11 – Liability & Force Majeure
Aston & Reed shall not be held liable for non-performance caused by force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) or by the Customer (e.g., incorrect delivery address). We are not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.
Article 12 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These GTC are governed by EU consumer law and the laws of the country of our registered address (Portugal). Before any formal legal action, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution. For complaints, please contact: support@astonreed.com.
